• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (for prepaid) or order confirmation call/message (for COD).

• We accept payment via: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Credit/Debit Cards.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer unless it is a courier-handling issue (covered under our Damaged Packaging clause).
