SHIPPING POLICY

At ZBnatural, we take pride in delivering your organic hair care essentials safely and quickly across Pakistan. Below is everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days) of order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email along with your tracking number.

2. Delivery Timeframes (Across Pakistan)

Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or peak sale periods (e.g., Eid, Black Friday, 11.11).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: Flat Rs. 200 anywhere in Pakistan.

  • FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,500.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are clearly shown at checkout — no hidden fees, ever.

4. Courier Partners

We partner with Pakistan's most trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Leopards Courier

  • TCS

  • M&P

  • Postex / BlueEx

The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location for the fastest possible service.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes — we offer Cash on Delivery across all of Pakistan.

  • Pay in cash when your parcel arrives at your doorstep.

  • For COD orders, we may call or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order before dispatch. Please respond promptly so your order isn't delayed.

  • Online prepayment via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Credit/Debit Card is also available at checkout.

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your delivery address, city, and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect/incomplete address

  • The customer being unreachable

  • Refusal to accept delivery without prior cancellation

…a re-shipping fee of Rs. 200 will apply for re-delivery, or the order may be cancelled at our discretion (refund issued minus original shipping cost).

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, tampered with, or leaking, please:

  1. Refuse the parcel at the time of delivery, OR

  2. Accept it and immediately record an unboxing video showing the damaged seal/product.

  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video for a free replacement.

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Pakistan only. International shipping will be launched soon.
