At ZBnatural, your trust means everything. We stand 100% behind the quality and purity of our organic hair oil. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — fairly and quickly.
1. Our Promise
We give every product the love and quality it deserves before it leaves our doors. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are fully protected under our return policy below.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if any of the following apply:
✅ You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered) ✅ The product arrived damaged or leaking ✅ The seal was broken on arrival ✅ You received an expired or near-expiry product ✅ The product was defective from the factory
3. Non-Returnable Situations
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
❌ Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed (unless it was defective from the start) ❌ Return is requested after 7 days of delivery ❌ You changed your mind after using the product ❌ Personal dissatisfaction with results — our oil is 100% natural; results typically appear after 4–6 weeks of consistent use (2–3 applications per week) ❌ Items purchased on promotional sales or with discount codes above 30% (case-by-case basis) ❌ Damage caused by mishandling after delivery
4. How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery (for damaged/wrong items) or within 7 days (for other eligible reasons) via:

Step 2: Share the following with us:

A clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong-item claims)

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and confirm next steps.
Step 4: Once approved, we'll arrange a free reverse pickup from your address (in major cities) or guide you on where to send the product.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

You'll be notified via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email about approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

💡 Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
6. Exchanges
We're happy to offer a one-time free exchange if you received:

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Exchange shipping is on us.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours of placing them, before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you may follow our return process after delivery if eligible.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe above:
